Why Can't I Import Products?

If your products can't be imported, it's usually caused by an unsupported link or a page that isn't publicly accessible.
Check the following common issues before trying again.
What Product Links Are Supported?
SEONIB supports public product listing pages, such as:
- Collection pages
- Category pages
- Product listing pages
- Brand product pages
The system will automatically detect and import the products found on the page.
Common Reasons for Import Failure
The page isn't publicly accessible
If the page requires login, authentication, or special permissions, SEONIB won't be able to access the product data.
Make sure the link can be opened without signing in.
The link isn't a product listing page
Homepage URLs, blog posts, or other non-product pages may not contain importable product data.
For best results, use a page that displays multiple products.
The website blocks automated access
Some websites use anti-bot protection or other security measures that prevent product crawling.
If this happens, try a different public product page.
What Information Is Imported?
When the import is successful, SEONIB automatically retrieves available product information, including:
- Product name
- Product image
- Product URL
- Product description
- Product Prices
Imported products can be used for AI content generation or manually inserted into blog posts.
Still Not Working?
If the product page is publicly accessible but the import still fails:
- Verify that the URL is correct.
- Try a different product listing page.
- Refresh the page and try again.
If the issue persists, contact the SEONIB support team and include the product URL for further assistance.
